Information Galore

First off, let me apologize for the lack of updates!

The weather forcast for this weekend is looking very good - Partly cloudy and a high of 69°F.

This year's pinup contest flyer / rules:

Please make sure you go to Josephine's booth to sign up! Stop by the Hooligans booth for directions.

This year we will be having a "People's Choice" trophy winner. All show cars / trucks that would like to be eligible MUST display the card with their number (given to you when you enter). Folks that would like to vote for their favorite car may go to the Hooligans booth to do so. The voting stops at 2:45 pm so please visit before then!

Also new for this year is our Charity Raffle. We will have some great items from the Old Sled Works, Nightprowler's, Honest Charley Speedshop, Bo Huff, Hi-life pomade, Chops Barbershop, Hot Rod Jen, Matt Grosso, Frank Shuler & more! 100% of the proceeds will benefit Phoenix Assistance Dogs (P.A.D) of Central PA. Just a reminder for any vendors - if you haven't already reserved your spot, don't worry! We still have some left; however, we aren't going to be reserving any more. The remaining spots are now first come first serve. Please arrive by 8:30 am!

Show cars - Reminder - Please try to arrive early; we have a feeling the lot is going to fill up quickly!! While there is no entry fee for the show, we do ask for a donation. Thank you!! The first 25 cars will receive a Hooligans shop rag.

Spectators - We are very sorry for the inconvenience but you will not be able to park in the lot. Parking is available in the alley behind the sled works and on the surronding streets of Duncannon.

12pm - Didi Deluxe & the Dirty Devils
1pm - Signups for the pinup contest CLOSE
2pm - Pinup Contest
2:45pm - People's choice voting CLOSES. Raffle winners are drawn / announced
3 pm - Trophy winners are announced.

Please stop by the Hooligans booth on the day of the show - we will have all the information you need on the show as well as beverages, snacks, shop rags & support shirts for sale. I hear there may be some car parts hanging around for sale as well. The trophies will be on display all day so come check them out while you enter the charity raffle.

Vendor Spaces

We have vendor spaces available for Sled Fest 2013 - reserve yours now!! 

Here is the deal for this year. Spots will be $15 a spot and the same size as last year (10' x 10' but they usually end up being a tad bigger). If you want a reserved spot please email us at: subject line "Vendor Spaces". You must pay upon entering the show and the spaces will be first come first serve (we won't be assigning booth numbers this year but we will have a separate section reserved for the people who email us). We're hoping to put most of the vendors along the tree line this year. If you need electricity please bring your own generator. Thanks! - B
